Members
parents/guardians/supporters shall…
1. Pay such fees as are set for registration, and matches
2. Not act in any way that would bring Eastbourne Town FC into disrepute
3. Fully abide by the content and sentiment of the following: -
Children
are not playing to satisfy your ambitions
Youngsters are involved for their enjoyment not yours
You have a responsibility to encourage children to play by the rules
Teamwork and effort are as important as winning. You should accept
losing without due disappointment
Do not allow your winning team to gloat over their victory or opponents
misfortune
Never ridicule or shout at a child for making a mistake or for losing.
Praise them or keep quiet
Set an example -
applaud good play by both teams
Never publicly question the referee's decisions and never doubt his/her
honesty
Help remove all verbal and physical abuse in soccer

Recognise the value and importance of coaches who give up their time to
help young people
The Club for its part shall...
1. Supply training facilities - pitches etc.
2. Supply match facilities - pitches, changing room’s etc...
3. Supply team's playing kits
4. Supply training equipment at an appropriate level approved by the
committee
5. Ensure the collection of match fees
6. Ensure affiliation to the FA
7. Organise team registration for leagues
8. Supply detailed membership information of children in each age group
(contact information, medical conditions etc.)
9. Ensure that managers and coaches receive the support of the committee
in a similar manner to which they will expect support themselves
