 Eastbourne Town’s Football Development Department are very pro Coach Education and with two UEFA B licenced coaches and several FA Level 2 qualified coaches on the 1st Team, Under 16’s, 15’s and 18’s Coaching staff we have a very high quality of personnel that strive to get the very best out of each and every team and player.

 Youth Player Recruitment

 Eastbourne Town Youth are very pro-active in welcoming any new players to trial for any one of our sides and would love to hear from anyone who would like to come training with male or female teams. We have very close links with Old Town Youth FC & Polgate Grasshoppers Youth FC who feed players to us and join Eastbourne Town at Under 15’s Level.

 We are a progressive club who are looking to develop every player and prepare them for 1st team football:

Disability Football  

Eastbourne Town FC is currently developing links with local Deaf Freindly Football Groups such as the East Sussex NDCS and we hope that in the near future we can co-manage a Deaf Freindly Football Team with the NDCS.

 Links with Local Schools

 Eastbourne Town is look to create links with local Schools in the Eastbourne area in order to develop a relationship which would involve pupils from that school and parents with Eastbourne Town and look to create options for them to join the club and either a player coach or match day helper.
